The Carpenter’s Daughter Apprenticeship Programs (CDAP) is a non-profit organization and was established on May 14, 2018. CDAP hopes to generate construction trade opportunities for women, minorities, and veterans through apprenticeship training and community workshops.
CDAP’s mission is to create a more diversified and skilled workforce community in the construction industry by providing strategic training through apprenticeship programs.
CDAP is committed to permeating a more diversified workforce of skilled craft workers to meet the skill gaps within the construction industry in Southern Arkansas. CDAP aims to develop the core components of a well-developed apprenticeship program through:
