About Us

The Carpenter’s Daughter Apprenticeship Programs (CDAP) is a non-profit organization and was established on May 14, 2018. CDAP hopes to generate skilled trade opportunities for disadvantaged workers through apprenticeship training and community workshops. 

CDAP's Mission

CDAP’s mission is to create a more diversified and skilled workforce community  by providing strategic training through apprenticeship programs.

CDAP's Goals

CDAP is committed to permeating a more diversified workforce of skilled craft workers to meet the skill trade gaps throughout Southern Arkansas. CDAP aims to develop the core components of a well-developed apprenticeship program through:
