The Kid-on-the-Block 4-H is a community based program that is designed to enhance youth programs that address the construction trade skill gaps that exist in the Greater Pine Bluff communities.
​
Our programs are unique in scope and seeks to identify youth in Pine Bluff City Wards. KOTB is an experiential  learning model. The program works with youth ages 9-19.
