The Kid-on-the-Block 4-H program is a community based program that is designed to introduce youth to construction skills and addresses the construction-related trade skill gaps  in underserved communities.
​
Our programs are unique in scope and seeks to identify youth in underserved city wards. KOTB is an experiential  learning model. The program works with youth ages 9-19.
