What We Do
The Carpenter's Daughter Apprenticeship Program is a non-profit workforce training organization helping Arkansas communities create a more diversified and skilled workforce in various trades.
The Kid-on-the-Block 4-H program is a community based program that is designed to introduce youth to construction skills and addresses the construction-related trade skill gaps in underserved communities.
Our programs are unique in scope and seeks to identify youth in underserved city wards. KOTB is an experiential learning model. The program works with youth ages 9-19.
